excellent stay in central location

friendly staff great location super clean rooms efficient staff

i found the staff very accommodating and friendly. the location is near all main attractions, and i loved the christmas lights. the rooms were always kept super clean with a nice ambience around different areas. the rooftop bar was very chilled. staff were very friendly and efficient there.

The room was cold and next to the lift. It was noisy since it was also near stairs from the rooftop bar.

The hotel had a fantastic location. It was within walking distance to many sites. many restaurants were nearby. the location was also easy to access from the airport train.

the rooftop terrace has a bar, and it was lovely. the bar on the fifth floor was an added bonus. the hotel is modern inside. the building is also lovely from the outside.

the staff was professional and courteous. everyone looked happy at their work. i found the reception staff helpful. even cleaning staff provided excellent service.

The breakfast selection disappointed me. It lacked variety and felt pretty basic (i expected more options). The air conditioning also wasn't working properly in the room. The temperature remained high and it made sleeping uncomfortable.

mediocre quality deformed bed

Breakfast was a real letdown. Selection was limited, and the quality seemed subpar for a hotel of this caliber. The bed also caused me problems. One side felt warped, almost like I was constantly sliding off. This resulted in some pretty poor sleep .

faulty air conditioning lack of temperature control

the location was acceptable it was close to the train station.

the air conditioning in the room did not function properly i reported this but the issue was not fixed the room was very warm making it difficult to sleep the lack of temperature control significantly impacted my comfort
